Accredited Investor Requirements


In order to be an accredited investor, you need to meet 1 of the following requirements:

1. You must have a net worth of $1,000,000 or more, excluding the value of your primary

residence.

2. Annual income of $200,000 or more ($300,000 if married) for the last 2 years, with

3. Expectations it will remain this high going forward.

4. You hold an active Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 license.


You don’t have to meet all of these requirements, just one. At this point, you should know whether or not you are accredited.
